The word Mesclun comes from the Occitan/French term "Mesclar", which means "to mix". The ingredients are traditionally varied, but you can expect to find a collection of diverse colors, textures and flavors from buttery to nutty or sweet to peppery. Our mixes will produce a delicious and colorful variety of salad greens from your garden right to your table.
