Featuring a 14 3/4" stainless steel shaft and 5" crafted wooden handle, this knife is strong enough to be pushed into the soil, and the 6 1/2 x 2" stainless steal blade, with its sharp crescent edge, easily makes a perfectly clean cut. To keep your asparagus beds helthy, avoid cutting within 2" of the crown.
