90-100 Day. Grown mostly for the ornamental grey-green color that adds contrast to autumn displays, this pumpkin is also tasty. The orange-yellow flesh is sweet and stringless, excellent for baking pies or prepare as you would a squash. The 10-12 pound fruits have hard, flat, ribbed rinds that make it a good winter keeper, so they can be enjoyed long after harvest.
