95 Day. Dry. Pole. Grow a little piece of history in your garden! This rare bean is believed to have originated from the Narragansett Indian tribe of Rhode Island, where the deep blue-purple beans resemble kernels of corn. Presumed to be the original beans used to make succotash, a dish of corn and beans, but is also excellent in soups. Vines will vary anywhere from 5-7' depending on the climate, and produce large, attractive dry beans.
